Because your fertility journey deserves more than one piece of the puzzle.

You've overhauled your diet. You've researched the supplements. You've followed the specialists, read the threads, and tried to make sense of the often-conflicting advice coming at you from every direction.
And yet, you're still not sure if you're focusing on the right things.
The rollercoaster of hope, doubt, and exhaustion is real. Every decision feels heavier than it should. And underneath all of it is a persistent question: what actually matters here?
Together, the three pillars behind this programme answer the questions you've been carrying:
How can I support my egg / sperm quality by changing what I eat?
Does my daily coffee need to go?
Gluten, or not to gluten?
Is my stress what's causing my fertility struggle?
How can I manage to stay calm when my brain feels like it's in a constant fight with my hormones?
How much of a toxin declutter do I really need to do?

The Fertility Map is a self-paced programme with weekly live support and a community space that opens the moment you join, designed to help you cut through the noise and start focusing on what genuinely supports your fertility.
But it's not just another checklist or rigid plan. What makes it different is where it comes from.
I am an expert in three areas: embryology, nutritional therapy, and somatic-informed coaching (somatics is a gentle practice that helps you to start noticing when anxiety creeps in, or overwhelm starts to bubble under the surface, so that you can then support yourself to bring back some balance).
I have spent time combining all my knowledge together to provide you with ONE programme that is going to guide you to a sense of calm and clarity, allowing you to move forward with confidence along your fertility path.
Embryology
I spent years working inside IVF laboratories: watching fertilisation happen, assessing embryo development, understanding what healthy eggs, sperm, and embryos actually look like. That perspective informs everything in this programme. When I talk about egg quality, implantation, or what your sperm parameters are really telling you, I'm not speaking from a textbook. I've seen it firsthand. This is immensely important because, due to that experience, I understand what drives good fertilisation, what helps great blastocyst development, and what can optimise sperm quality.
Nutritional Therapy
The nutrition inside The Fertility Map isn't generic healthy eating advice. It's structured around your symptoms. Guiding you toward what your body is actually asking for, whether that's digestive support, hormone balance, energy, or inflammation. You'll know not just what to do, but where to start. I've been working as a Nutritional Therapist for four years and I have seen so many clients report more energy, less bloating and constipation, and more regular menstrual cycles from just altering how they're eating. This is alongside the improvements seen in IVF outcomes and sperm quality.
Somatics & the Nervous System
Somatic-informed coaching addresses what is going on in the body that is often missed. It helps you to recognise the signs of anxiety, overwhelm, and stress, and how they are showing up for you (Hint: this is different for different people). Chronic stress is one of the most underappreciated disruptors of fertility, and it's almost always left out of nutrition programmes and I'm so excited to be bringing more awareness of this into my work. Drawing on my somatic-informed training, this module gives you practical, body-based tools (including a guided meditation) to begin to settle and regulate your nervous system, reducing anxiety, overwhelm, and stress.
Instead of feeling overwhelmed with information and unsure of the best next steps, you're going to feel clear and grounded on the direction to take. You'll know how to deal with those moments that would have derailed your emotional rollercoaster before: the IVF consultation where you're planning your protocol, navigating the 2ww, unexpected announcements from friends and family. You'll be able to shut out the noise and move forward with confidence.
You're actively trying to conceive, preparing for IVF or other treatment, or recovering from a cycle.
You feel overwhelmed by conflicting fertility advice and don't know where to begin
You want practical, evidence-informed guidance. Not a rigid plan or empty promises
You're ready to understand your body more deeply and make decisions with confidence
You want to feel less alone in this
This programme is not for people looking for quick fixes or guarantees.
It's for those who are ready to do the thoughtful work, and want guidance they can actually trust from a practitioner who really cares. Someone who is not only a nutritionist, but also an embryologist and somatic-informed coach, rolled into one!

Having worked both as a Nutritionist, and a Clinical Embryologist in various IVF clinics across the UK, I've witnessed firsthand the challenges, frustrations, and overwhelm that individuals and couples face on their fertility journeys.
"...I'm already on an evening screen detox, have a full sleep routine, and yet still waking at 3am and stressing about my lack of sleep? How do I know if my supplements are any good? Am I getting enough protein? How can I increase my blastocyst development?..."
My mission is to provide support, guidance, and hope, to empower everyone navigating this often conflicting and daunting path.
Combining my expertise in IVF, a holistic and empathetic approach to nutrition, and my recent training in somatic-informed coaching, I'm committed to providing you with the tools and guidance you need to thrive on your fertility journey.

"Sarah has been a phenomenal support throughout our fertility journey. Sarah helped so much, from giving advice about how to help our egg quality through diet and supplements, helping us understand why our embryos were not developing with her added knowledge of embryology, to helping me and the issues we found I had with my thyroid. To then just taking the time to listen to us and understand us and our journey. Without Sarah and her support our little baby girl would not be here, and we will be forever grateful for finding Sarah and for the help you have given us to have our little miracle! Thank you so much, and I would recommend you to anyone a thousand times over!."

"Sarah is amazing! We worked with her for 4 months prior to our 3rd IVF attempt. She is so kind and listens to any concerns and asks in depth questions about your health. She ran a multitude of tests to highlight deficiencies and any problems we had, she left no stone unturned. She was there for us every step of the way, always on hand to answer any questions we had. I cannot recommend her more. Thank you so much Sarah for helping us on our journey, we will be forever grateful."

"After my partner and I had been through fertility struggles, we were lucky to find Sarah, whose expertise have played a crucial role in our journey to having our baby .... She is incredibly knowledgeable and her advice around nutrition and supplementation has changed our lives for the better, beyond conceiving.
She is kind and empathetic, and has been there to answer any questions we’ve had along the way, going above and beyond to seek out information for us.
After having had 5 rounds of IVF resulting in three miscarriages and no embryos frozen, we had our sixth round of IVF whilst working with Sarah, which resulted in two embryos frozen, one of which is now our baby girl, so Sarah is highly recommended by us!"
Seven modules guiding you through the key foundational areas of nutrition, nervous system support, lifestyle, toxins, supplements, and testing, whilst also introducing you to how you understand where to prioritise first. Practical guidance in abundance! The content will be released on 29th June.
Four weekly live calls where you get an opportunity to ask me whatever you want.
Have a semen analysis you want an opinion on? Seen a new supplement and want to know if it's worth the price tag? Can't understand your embryo grading? Have tried everything but can't shake your lack of energy and want answers?
Now's your chance.
From the moment you enrol, you're not waiting.
The community space opens as soon as you join, and I'm in there. Not once a week. Daily.
This is where the programme begins before the content even lands. Where you can bring the question you've been sitting with for months and actually get an answer. Where you'll find other people navigating the same path, at the same stage, with the same mixture of determination and exhaustion.
The live calls are where we go deep. The community is where we stay connected in between. Between modules, between cycles, between the moments that knock you sideways, it's there.
Some of the most significant shifts happen not in the content itself, but in the space around it. In realising someone else is asking exactly the same question. In having it answered by someone who has been inside the labs and inside the science, and who genuinely wants this to work for you.
That starts on the day you join. Not the 29th.
Absolutely! The recommendations provided in the programme are beneficial for both men and women's fertility. Making dietary changes together as a couple not only fosters mutual support but also creates a shared journey towards improved fertility and overall well-being. Let's embark on this journey together and optimise both egg and sperm health for the best possible outcomes!
All of the content is released when the programme launches on 29th June. It is up to you how fast you progress through the modules. The weekly live sessions will each last 60 minutes and will run for four consecutive weeks. In order to make the most of them, you may want to have gone through some of the content so that I can answer any questions that arise.
The content is yours to keep and revisit whenever you need it, whether that's before a transfer, ahead of a consultation, or just when you want a reminder.
The live calls will run on a Thursday evening at 7pm (UK time) for four consecutive weeks, beginning on 2nd July. Attendance is not mandatory but you may find it helpful when progressing through the content, in case questions arise. The calls will be recorded and shared in the portal, so you don't need to worry if you miss one. I'll be sending out a Google form for any questions ahead of the call, so you can still get your queries answered even if you can't be there.
Throughout the program, I'm here to support you every step of the way. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions during our live sessions, and I'll be active in the community group daily, responding to queries. While I can't provide detailed personalised guidance due to regulatory constraints, I'm committed to offering as much support and guidance as possible.
Most fertility nutrition resources give you a list of foods and supplements and leave you to figure out the rest. The Fertility Map works differently.
Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, the nutrition guidance is symptom-led. That means rather than following a generic plan, you identify what your body is telling you and use that as your starting point. This helps you cut through the overwhelm and focus on what is actually relevant to you, right now.
But nutrition is only part of the picture. The Fertility Map also addresses your nervous system, something most fertility programmes overlook entirely. Using a somatic-informed approach, you'll be guided to tune into your body's stress responses and build genuine regulation, not just coping strategies. This matters because chronic stress affects hormones, digestion, and egg quality in ways that no supplement can fully compensate for.
And underpinning all of it is a perspective you won't find in a nutrition course or a blog post, the view from inside the embryology lab. Understanding what actually influences outcomes at a cellular level changes how you approach every decision on this journey.
The result is a programme that meets you where you are, works with your whole body, and helps you feel genuinely confident, not just informed.
As all of the content is released once the programme launches, no refunds are offered after that point. However, if you change your mind between signing up and the programme launch, just let me know, and I'll happily issue a refund.
Yes, definitely. Everything in this programme is aimed at supporting egg quality whether for TTC naturally, undergoing ART, or for someone freezing their eggs. I recommend to my clients to try and focus on making improvements for a period of 3 months ahead of egg freezing to optimise outcomes, and undertaking this programme could be part of that process.
If I haven't answered your question, please feel free to send me an email on sarah@theembryologistnutritionist and I'll get right back to you.

If you've read this far, something here has resonated with you. Maybe you're tired of feeling like you're guessing. Maybe you're ready to feel supported by someone who genuinely understands both the science and the emotional weight of this journey. Whatever brought you here, I want you to know there is a clear path forward and I'd be honoured to walk it with you.
Here's why now rather than later. The content opens on 29th June. But the community space opens the moment you enrol, and I'm in there every day. On your actual questions, from the day you join. Not once a week.
The sooner you're in, the more of that you get. More of my attention on your situation. More time in the live calls while we move through the map together as a founding group. That's what joining now gives you.
If something here has resonated, that's usually the sign. I'd be honoured to walk this with you.
